aquamarine SeaSalt

Highly productive recipe

aquamarine SeaSalt en
  • Balanced composition
  • With important macro- and trace elements (Ca, Mg, K, Sr)
  • Ideal for the needs of all marine fish

Aquamarine Seasalt has been developed according to the latest scientific knowledge. Its balanced ion composition is based on the natural composition of real sea water and is ideally suited for rearing and multiplying marine fish. Aquamarine Seasalt is regularly tested analytically. For a first-class water, which meets the highest demands of the modern saltwater aquarium.

Aquamarine Seasalt is characterized by a low moisture content, contains all macro and trace elements necessary for sea water organisms (for example, calcium, magnesium, potassium, strontium) and is adapted to the needs of even sensitive marine fish, invertebrates and corals.

Aquamarine Seasalt has a pH buffer. Thus, the optimum pH of 8.2 can be quickly adjusted and maintained.

Aquamarine SeaSalt contains no bromide-containing additives, is very soluble and has a high degree of purity. The homogeneous salt mixture ensures a constant consistency of the sea water. There is no segregation or separation of individual ions.

Ionic composition

  • Calcium: 405 mg / L
  • Magnesium: 1,224 mg / L
  • KH / alkalinity: 7.56 ° dH / 2.7 mmol / L
  • No nitrate
  • No phosphate

Application and Dosage Recommendation

Mix aquamarin SeaSalt in a large bucket or plastic container with deionized or osmotic water. Ensure that the container is clean and free of chemicals, soaps or detergent residues.

When using tap water make sure that it is pretreated with a water conditioner to neutralize pollutants such as chlorine, ammonium and heavy metals. The water used should be free from phosphates.

Approx. 350 g aquamarin SeaSalt to 10 litres of water and adjust the desired salt content. To do this, first fill the container with water, then add the salt. Tip: The use of a small flow pump helps to speed up the mixing process.

For salt water aquariums with fish, the recommended relative density (salinity) is 1.020-1,023 (29-33 ‰) at 25-26 ° C water temperature.

Use a hydrometer, conductivity meter or refractometer to measure the relative density or salinity. If the salt content is too high, add water. If salt content is too low, add aquamarin SeaSalt.

To maintain the water quality, a weekly 10% partial water change with fresh water with aquamarin SeaSalt is recommended.
